PRIVACY

Short version: this site doesn't track you, doesn't use ad cookies, and only collects an email address if you ask us to tell you when a game launches.

WHO WE ARE

artazyn.com is run by Artazyn LLC ("we", "us"), an independent game studio in Enfield, Connecticut. This policy covers this website. Our games have their own policies, like the APEWARD privacy policy.

LAUNCH SIGN UPS

When you tap Tell me when it drops and enter your email, we keep:

• Your email address
• Which game you signed up for
• The date you signed up

We use it for one thing: to send you an email when that game is out. That's it. No newsletter, no other mailing lists, and we never sell, rent or share your address with anyone.

The list is stored on our own web server, which is hosted by Hostinger. If we use an email service to send the launch email, your address is shared with that service only to deliver that email.

How long we keep it: until we've sent the launch email for that game. We delete the list for that game within 30 days after it's sent, or sooner if you ask.

To stop spam, the sign up form briefly keeps a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address so it can limit how many times one connection signs up in an hour. It can't be turned back into your address, and it's cleared within the hour.

WHAT EVERY VISIT SENDS

Like any website, our hosting company's servers record basic technical details when your browser loads a page: your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running, and are deleted on Hostinger's normal schedule. We don't use them to identify or profile you.

Pages are delivered through Hostinger's content delivery network (CDN) so they load fast wherever you are.

WHAT WE DON'T DO

• No analytics or visitor tracking.
• No advertising, ad cookies or tracking pixels.
• No social media widgets that report your visit.
• Fonts and images load from our own server, not from third parties.

YOUR BROWSER

If you turn the site's background music on, your browser remembers that choice on your own device so it stays on next time. It isn't sent to us. Clearing your browser's site data removes it.

YOUR RIGHTS

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete anything we hold about you, at any time. Depending on where you live (for example California, the EU or the UK), these may also be legal rights. Email support@artazyn.com from the address you signed up with and we'll handle it, usually within a few days. We don't sell personal information, so there's nothing to opt out of.

CHILDREN

This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has signed up, email us and we'll delete it.

CHANGES

If we change how the site handles information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
