When you place an order, create or use an account, join the mailing list, submit a form, or contact the studio, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, order details, account information, preferences, and message content.

Payment information is submitted to Shopify and the applicable payment provider. Artazyn Studio does not need to store your complete payment-card number.

When you browse the store, Shopify and enabled services may collect device and network information such as IP address, browser type, device identifiers, cookie identifiers, general location, pages viewed, searches, cart activity, referring pages, and interaction timestamps.

We may receive information from Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, the apparel fulfillment partner, fraud-prevention services, analytics providers, and marketing services when those services are used to operate the store or complete your request.

We use information to process payment, produce and deliver orders, provide order updates, manage returns or refunds, answer questions, maintain customer accounts, and keep records needed for tax and accounting purposes.

Information may be used to operate, maintain, troubleshoot, analyze, secure, and improve the storefront; prevent fraud or misuse; enforce store terms; and comply with legal obligations.

If you subscribe or another lawful basis applies, we may use your contact information to send product news and offers. You can unsubscribe through the link in any marketing email.

Where enabled and permitted, cookies or similar technologies may also support analytics, personalization, advertising measurement, or targeted advertising. Available privacy controls are described below.

The store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes personal information to provide the storefront, checkout, payment, account, security, analytics, and other commerce services used by the store.

Shopify may also process information for its own purposes as described in the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.

We disclose only the information reasonably needed by providers such as payment processors, carriers, the apparel fulfillment partner, email and customer-support services, fraud-prevention tools, analytics services, and other apps enabled for the store.

Graphic tee order and delivery details must be provided to the apparel partner so that made-to-order tees can be produced and shipped.

Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, protect customers or the store, investigate fraud or security concerns, enforce agreements, or complete a sale, merger, financing, or transfer of the business.

Shopify and enabled services use cookies and similar technologies to keep the storefront and checkout working, remember preferences, maintain security, measure performance, understand store activity, and—where enabled—support personalization or advertising.

Blocking necessary cookies may prevent parts of the store from functioning correctly.

You can use available cookie or privacy controls on the store and adjust browser settings. Browser-based choices may need to be repeated if cookies are cleared or another browser or device is used.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information; to restrict or object to certain processing; or to opt out of certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising.

We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Authorized agents may be required to provide proof of authority. You may appeal a refusal where applicable law provides that right.

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including providing services, maintaining transaction and tax records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, preventing fraud, and meeting legal obligations.

Retention periods vary by the type of information, the relationship involved, and applicable requirements. Shopify and other providers may maintain information under their own retention practices.

Shopify and other providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, appropriate legal mechanisms are used for international transfers.

The store is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. A parent or guardian who believes a child supplied information may contact the studio.

We may update this policy to reflect changes to store practices, technology, legal requirements, or other operational reasons. The revised version will appear here with a new effective date.
