THE RULES. IN PLAIN ENGLISH

Artazyn Studio makes reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, dimensions, materials, colors, and images accurately. Screen settings, production methods, and handmade or small-batch processes can create reasonable variation.

Products, quantities, and offers may be changed, limited, or discontinued without notice. Nothing on the site guarantees continued availability.

Prices, discounts, taxes, shipping charges, and the transaction currency are displayed during checkout. You authorize Artazyn Studio and its payment providers to charge the selected payment method for the order total.

Obvious pricing, description, or inventory errors may be corrected. If an affected order cannot be fulfilled on the corrected terms, it will be cancelled and the affected payment refunded.

Production and delivery estimates are described on product pages, at checkout, and in the Shipping Policy. They are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery appointments.

If an order cannot ship within the promised period, Artazyn Studio will provide the legally required delay notice and cancellation or refund options.

Returns, replacements, exchanges, and refunds are governed by the current Returns & Refunds Policy. Made-to-order exclusions and damage-report requirements are disclosed there before purchase.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

The artwork, photographs, graphics, branding, text, product designs, and site presentation are owned by or licensed to Artazyn Studio and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce, scan, trace, distribute, manufacture, or commercially use the artwork.

You may not use the site to violate law, infringe rights, submit fraudulent information, distribute malicious code, scrape protected content, interfere with site operation, or attempt unauthorized access.

Access may be limited or terminated when reasonably necessary to protect the store, its customers, or its rights.

The storefront is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, fulfillment, analytics, and delivery services. Those providers may apply their own terms and privacy practices.

Artazyn Studio is not responsible for third-party websites or services it does not control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site is provided as available without a promise that access will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Artazyn Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from site use or a purchase where that limitation is lawful. Any liability that cannot be excluded remains limited only to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms may be updated by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Connecticut and applicable United States federal law, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
