I print all of my items made to order. Production time is separate from carrier transit time.
Processing & Production

Production time: Typically, within 24 hours for most prints. Complex customizations may take longer.

Orders placed after 12pm ET may still process the same day of purchase.

The system will email you tracking information when the order ships.
Shipping Methods, Costs & Timing

Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

Transit time: Depends on the carrier/service you choose at checkout; estimates shown there are not guarantees.

Expedited options: Available at checkout. Note that expedited shipping does not shorten production time and if free shipping is offered it DOES NOT apply to expedited shipping options.
Order Splits & Multiple Items

I do not split orders up if multiple items are ordered. Your order will ship complete.
Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Please double-check your address at checkout.

Packages returned to us as undeliverable (wrong/incomplete address, unclaimed, etc.) can be re-shipped at the buyer’s expense. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Delivery Issues (Lost, Delayed, or Marked “Delivered”)

If your tracking hasn’t moved for 7+ days (domestic) or 14+ days (international), email john@artazyn.com with your order number and I’ll assist with a carrier trace.

If a package is marked “Delivered” but you don’t have it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first and consider filing a carrier claim. We’re happy to help, but I'm not responsible for packages after carrier delivery confirmation.
Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact john@artazyn.com within 2 days of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
International Shipping (if offered)

Duties/Taxes: Import duties, VAT, and fees are paid by the buyer at delivery (DDU).

Transit times vary by destination and customs. Delays at customs do not qualify for refunds.

Some countries restrict certain materials/sizes; ensure your order complies with local rules.
PO Boxes, APO/FPO

Many small parcels can ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO via eligible services. Large items may require a physical address.
Pre-Orders & Backorders (if applicable)

I ship when all items in your order are available. If timing matters, place separate orders for in-stock vs. pre-order items, or email us to arrange a split shipment (additional fees may apply).
Holiday & Weather Delays

Carriers may experience seasonal or weather-related delays outside our control. We’ll post any major cutoff dates or advisories on our site.
Changes & Cancellations

I begin production very quickly. If you need to change or cancel, email john@artazyn.com within 2 hours of purchase. After production starts, I can’t modify or cancel the order.
