Refund Policy

All Artazyn items are made to order. Because my products are custom, made-to-order items, I do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, size, or color preference.
All sales are final except in cases of damage, defects, or a fulfillment error, as outlined below.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery and I’ll make it right with a replacement or refund, at my discretion.
Please include:

Clear photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label
When a claim is approved, I cover replacement or return shipping.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because production begins quickly:

There is a 2-hour grace period after purchase for edits or cancellations — email me as soon as possible.

Once production has started, orders cannot be changed or canceled.
Address Issues & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address can be re-shipped at the buyer’s expense.
If a package is lost due to an address error provided at checkout, I’m unable to replace or refund the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a carrier marks your package as “Delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier and consider filing a carrier claim.
I’m happy to assist where I can, but I’m not responsible for packages after carrier delivery confirmation.
Color, Crop & Print Variations
Colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen to the final printed product.
Minor trim, crop, or placement variations are normal with professional printing and are not considered defects.
Digital Downloads (If Applicable)
Due to the nature of digital files, all digital purchases are final and non-refundable.
If there’s a file issue, I’ll gladly re-send or correct the file but there will be absolutely ZERO refunds on digital purchases.
International Orders (If Applicable)
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Transit delays do not qualify for refunds.
Returns are not accepted on international orders.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law regarding defective goods or legally required exceptions for personalized items. Where required by law, I will honor those rights.
